Sealed proposals will be received until: July 18, 2016 at 2:00 PM Pacific Time for Roofing Services.

A Mandatory Pre-proposal conference and walk thru will be held at 1:00 PM on July 7, 2016, meeting will be in the Board Room at the afore mentioned District address.
Briefly the project will include replacement of roofing older than five years at Yamhill Carlton Intermediate School. This amounts to approximately 25,000 sq feet of composition roof and 35,000 sq feet of rolled roofing. The gymnasium will need to be insulated under the roofing as part of the work.
These projects will be funded with the proceeds from the passage of a $14.2M bond in May, 2016 and a matching $4M state grant. The total project budget is $18.2M.
