The District will receive responses until Wednesday, August 3, 2016, 3:00 p.m., Pacific Time, to provide Project Surveying, Geotechnical Investigation, Exterior Envelope consultant, ME&P Commissioning, Traffic Analysis, Hazardous Materials Survey and Special inspection & Testing (RFQ 07.15.16.01) to
Gaston School District.

PURPOSE OF RFQ
The Gaston School District (the “District”), Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified Project Surveying, Geotechnical Investigation, Exterior Envelope consultant, ME&P Commissioning, Traffic Analysis, Hazardous Materials Survey and Special Inspection & Testing firms for consulting services for project support of selected projects, current and future throughout the District. Qualified firms will have not less than 5 years public project experience within the state of Oregon.

R&C Management Group LLC is the sole point of contact in the District for this selection process. Copies of the completed RFQ will be available after 1 p.m., Friday, July 15, 2016. All correspondence pertaining to this RFQ should be directed to:

Proposals will be accepted in the District Office no later than 3 p.m., Wednesday, August 3, 2016.

The District reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the District it is in the public interest to do so.
