The Plaintiffs have filed complaint against Defendant for Conversion, Breach of Good Faith, and Breach of Fiduciary Duty.
The Plaintiffs have requested relief in the amount of $44,200.00, interest at the legal rate on the foregoing sum, costs of suit herein incurred, and such other and further relief as the court may deem proper.
