ALLAN JONGSMA, VCE ENTERPRISES, SUMMIT LEASING, INC.,
TOYOTA MOTOR CREDIT CORPORATION, FLEX FINANCING,
FINANCIAL AGENT SERVICES, and ELM SERVICES,
Defendants.
TO: VCE Enterprises, Defendant.
IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF OREGON, you are required to appear and defend plaintiff’s complaint filed against you in this case before the expiration of thirty days from the date of the first publication of this summons which date is July 20, 2016. If you fail to appear or defend, plaintiff will apply to the court for judgment of foreclosure in rem, foreclosing all of your right, title and interest in the property commonly known as 5016 Waconda Road NE, Brooks, Oregon, in the amount of $1,010,466.93, plus interest through March 31, 2016, of $16,374.78, plus interest thereafter on the principal amount at the rate of 6.5 percent per annum until the date of judgment, plus late charges of $718.70; together with reasonable attorney’s fees, and for plaintiff’s costs and disbursements incurred herein, and for such other sums as plaintiff may be required to pay for hazard insurance premiums, real property taxes or vacancy cleanup, lock and repair expenses after March 31, 2016, and declaring the amount of the judgment to be a lien against the real property.
