Sealed Bids Due: August 19, 2016 West Coast Forensics, Engineering and Design, LLC (WC4) will receive sealed bids in writing at Jason Lee Manor at the Front Desk (through the main double doors) of 1551 Center Street NE, Salem, OR 97301 between the hours of 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., but not after 2:00 pm, (Local Time) on Friday, August 19, 2016. Said bids will then be publicly opened and read at 3:00pm on Friday, August 19, 2016. Electronic bids will not be accepted.
WORK DESCRIPTION: Pursuant to reports generated by ACRESWorld, Inc.’s ACI Engineered Due-Diligence (ACI) and WC4, in an effort to work towards substantial compliance with the HUD objective, the Client is seeking to address critical repair and non-critical elements identified in the various sections of the report. A detailed scope of work including enlarged details, drawings and specifications is included to address the critical repair tasks specified in the reports. Contractors are to particularly note that work is to be completed in two phases which are as follows: Phase I: Critical Repairs; Phase II Non-Critical Repairs. Please note, Phase II repairs will only begin after Phase I repairs have been completed. See Contract Documents for detailed scope of work.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A Voluntary Pre-Bid Conference/Site Walk will be held on-site on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 10:00 AM.
LICENSING AND PREVAILING WAGES: Prevailing wage rates must be paid by bidder and any subcontractor on this project in accordance with ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870, and the Davis Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. Section 3141et seq.) The work will take place in Marion County, Region 3. Each bidder must also be licensed with the Construction Contractors Board ORS 671.530.
