SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT: There will be only one point of contact for this Invitation to Bid. The contact point is COBC, and the contact person is the Buyer listed above. Bid documents may be obtained by contacting the Buyer listed above.
This project shall consist of lining approximately 2954 lf of 8″ wastewater line, 636 lf of 10″wastewater line, 378 lf of 12″ wastewater line, 480 lf of 12″ stormwater line, and reinstatement of approximately 96 service lines.
BIDDER’S NOTE: The following is a proposed estimated price range for bonding $150,000 to $170,000

DISCLOSURE OF FIRST-TIER SUBCONTRACTORS: Bidders are required to disclose information about certain first-tier subcontractors when the contract value for a Public Improvement is greater than $100,000.
