NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Directors of the Gaston School District (GSD), as the local contract review board for the District, will hold a public hearing on September 1, 2016 at 6:00 pm at the Gaston School District – Gaston Elementary School Library at 300 Park Street, Gaston, Oregon 97119. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the District’s draft findings to exempt from competitive bidding, based on detailed specifications, Additions, Remodels & Seismic upgrades. The proposed findings would authorize construction by means of a construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC). The CM/GC will be selected by competitive proposals prior to the preparation of the final construction documents.
