The purpose of this Notice is to invite you to a Public Hearing at a Planning Commission meeting on Monday, August 22, 2016 at 7 pm in the City Council Chambers, 155 NW 2nd Ave to review the following application:
• DR 16-05/MLP 16-02 Monen Triplexes – Site & Design Review
application to construct two triplex buildings and a Minor Partition
to divide the existing lot into two parcels with one triplex on each
in an R 1.5 Medium Density Zone located at 431 S Township
Road.
A staff report and applicant submittal will be available on the City’s website by August 15, 2016.
