NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The City of Lake Oswego Development Review Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Hall Council Chamber at 380 A Avenue, Lake Oswego, Oregon on Monday, August 15, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following:

LU 15-0074, a request by Dreambuilder Custom Homes, for approval of a two-parcel minor partition, a Development Review permit and Design Variances to construct two zero-lot line dwellings, and the removal of nine trees to construct the development.

The site is located at: 594 4th Street (Tax Lot 1400 of Tax Map 21E 03 DC). The staff coordinator is Leslile Hamilton.
