The Port of Longview (Port) invites you to submit a proposal to provide consulting services related to the reimplementation of Microsoft Dynamics SL.
Project Description: In 2010, The Port of Longview purchased and implemented Microsoft Dynamics SL converting from a legacy system. The Port purchased 14 modules and 4 third party applications (list can be found in Exhibit D). Some of the modules such as the purchasing module, and cash manager are not being fully utilized and still others were never implemented. The Port is looking to fully implement some of those modules as well as upgrade from 2011 version to current version. In addition, a new chart of accounts structure as well as processes such as the requisition / purchasing process need to be defined and/or improved to be in-line with the Port’s recent strategic plan goals.
Preproposal Meeting:

Addenda:
Any addenda issued will be posted to the above mentioned website. To register as a potential respondent and receive email notifications of addenda issued, contact Kara Metzger at kmetzger@portoflongview.com. However, it is the responsibility of the interested firm to monitor the issuance of addenda. The Port is not responsible for registered firms that do not received addenda sent electronically.
Evaluation:
Submittals will be evaluated and ranked on the criteria as set forth in the Request for Proposals.
