REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:
WEATHERIZATION, HVAC, PLUMBING,
ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL PROJECTS
WASHINGTON COUNTY, OR

Community Action Organization’s weatherization program will accept proposals for Weatherization, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical projects in Washington County for the period of October 1, 2016 – September 30, 2017, with up to possibly three annual extensions and planning to weatherize approximately 240 homes/year.
Bid documents are available in person at 669 S. 1st Ave., Suite 300, Hillsboro, OR 97123, by phone at 503-906-6550, or by email at weatherization@caowash.org. Electronic copies of bid documents may be requested.
All Bid Proposals must be received by 5:00 pm September 20, 2016. Late proposals will not be accepted. All completed Bid Proposals received in proper form shall be considered.
Funds for these projects are obtained through grants from the U. S. Government and local utilities. All parties will be required to comply with the provisions of “Equal Employment Opportunity”. Women and minority contractors are encouraged to respond.
