Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) will be received by Energy Northwest at 76 N. Power Plant Loop, Deschutes Building, MD PE1 0, Richland, WA 99354 until 3:00pm (Pacific Time) on August 16, 2016 for the submittal of prequalification proposals from experienced, qualified vendors to provide Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) competence for the potential Enloe Dam Hydroelectric Project located on the Similkameen River 3.5 Miles northwest of Oroville, Washington as more fully described in REQ Documents EN-0801 16.
On the above date, the initial submittal process will be closed and no further submittals will be accepted at the Energy Northwest Offices located at 76 N. Power Plant Loop, Deschutes Building, Richland, WA 99354. All submittals shall be subject to and shall comply with the REQ Documents, copies of which are available from Todd Johnson at tnjohnson@energy-north west.com.
