REQUESTS FOR INTEREST: LONG TERM LAND LEASE FOR PARKING AND
OPERATION
PULLMAN, WA
Washington State University is considering a long term land lease to a qualified firm to construct and operate a parking garage on the WSU Pullman Campus. WSU is soliciting interested firms to respond to this request to gauge market interest in the project as well as to develop a contact list for future communications should there be enough interest for WSU to advertise with a formal Request for Qualifications.
