In the name of the State of Oregon, you are hereby required to appear and answer the complaint filed against you in the above-entitled Court and cause on or before the expiration of 30 days from the date of the first publication of this summons. The date of first publication in this matter is August 24, 2016. If you fail timely to appear and answer, plaintiff will apply to the above-entitled court for the relief prayed for in its complaint. This is a judicial foreclosure of a deed of trust in which the plaintiff requests that the plaintiff be allowed to foreclose your interest in the following described real property:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 11 SOUTH, RANGE 14 EAST OF THE WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, JEFFERSON COUNTY, OREGON, AND RUNNING THENCE EAST A DISTANCE OF 1219.4 FEET; THENCE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 2196.9 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE; THENCE NORTH 19° 35′ WEST A DISTANCE OF 375 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 19° 35′ EAST A DISTANCE OF 125 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 70° 25′ WEST A DISTANCE OF 393.98 FEET; THENCE NORTH 03°31′ 20″ WEST A DISTANCE OF 130.07 FEET; THENCE NORTH 70° 25′ EAST TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
