Nyssa Rural Fire Protection District invites bids for construction of a metal fire station building. Sealed bids will be received at the office of Stunz, Fonda, Kiyuna & Horton, LLP, at 106 Main Street, P.O. Box 1565, Nyssa, Oregon, 97913, until 3:00 p.m. MDT, October 6, 2016. Bids will be opened at 4:00 p.m. MDT on October 6, 2016, at Stunz, Fonda, Kiyuna & Horton, LLP, at 106 Main Street, Nyssa, Oregon 97913. Bid packages, instructions, and specifications can be picked up at Stunz, Fonda, Kiyuna & Horton, LLP, at 106 Main Street, Nyssa, Oregon 97913, phone (541) 372-2268. The name and title of the person designated for receipt of bids is Michael McClain, President of the District. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120(b). Nyssa Rural Fire Protection District may cancel the procurement or reject any or all bids in accordance with ORS 279B.100. ALL BID PROPOSAL ENVELOPES MUST BE PLAINLY MARKED “FIRE STATION PROPOSAL”.
