NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Pursuant to Section 50.45.4 of the Beaverton Development Code, public notice of the following development application is being provided:
EXT 2016-0003 (Lee 2-Lot Partition Time Extension) The applicant, Jacob Lee, is seeking a time extension for a previously approved 2-Lot Partition (LD2014-0004) authorizing the preliminary partition of a lot in the R7 zone, located at 11115 SW Center Street. The applicant is requesting the extensions due to current economic conditions that are limiting the availability of obtaining financing. The site is also described as Tax Lots 2300 on the Washington County Tax Assessor’s Map 1S-110DC. The approvals for the land division expire on August 6, 2016. The requests for the land division, if approved would extend the expiration date of the original approvals by two (2) years to August 6, 2018. No changes to the originally approved applications are being proposed.
To be addressed in the staff report and decision, written comments on the above development proposal shall be submitted no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 26, 2016. Mailed written comments shall be sent to the Planning Division, PO Box 4755, Beaverton, OR 97076. Written comments submitted in person shall be delivered to the Planning Division, 4th Floor, Beaverton City Hall, 12725 SW Griffith Drive.
The decision-making authority for the above application is the Director. Any decision on the above development application shall be based on the Approval Criteria contained in Extension of a Decision: Beaverton Development Code Section 50.93.
Pursuant to Section 50.45.18, within seven (7) calendar days from the date the decision making authority adopts a land use order, the Director shall cause the order to be signed, dated, and mailed to the applicant and the property owner.
