NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Metolius City Council will conduct a public hearing beginning at 7:00 p.m. on the 3rd day of October, 2016 in the City Hall at 636 Jefferson Ave. The purpose of the public hearing is for the City Council to consider a proposed map amendment/rezone of several properties located along Washington Street – between 6th and 3rd Streets in the City of Metolius from C-1 Commercial to R-1 Residential. The Planning Commission has recommended approval of this rezone. All interested parties are urged to attend.
