Amendments to the Woodburn Development Ordinance
Scrivener Errors and other Miscellaneous Revisions
Legislative Amendment (LA 2016-01)
On October 10, 2016 at 7:00 PM, the Woodburn City Council will hold a public hearing regarding amendments to the Woodburn Development Ordinance to address scrivener errors and other miscellaneous revisions. The hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 270 Montgomery Street, Woodburn, Oregon. Any interested person may testify at the hearing or submit written comments on the proposal, at or before, the hearing. ADA access may be accommodated, upon receipt of a timely request.
A summary of the Legislative Amendment LA 2016-01 can be found at www.woodburn-or.gov , which is the City of Woodburn’s home page, seven days in advance of the hearing dated. It will be available for inspection at Woodburn City Hall, 270 Montgomery Street on, or after, October 3rd and may be purchased for the cost of copying.
