Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held in the auditorium of the Public Service Building, 155 North First Avenue, Hillsboro, Oregon 97124, on Tuesday October 25, 2016, at 6:30 P.M. before the County Commissioners of Washington County, Oregon, regarding a proposed road vacation of a public accessway easement, pursuant to ORS 368.326 through 368.366. Said easement being more particularly described as follows:

The 12.00 foot wide public pedestrian access easement lying in, and being adjacent to the east line of, Lot 13 of the plat of Westhaven Estates. Said easement being in the northeast one-quarter of Section 2, Township 1 South, Range 1 West, of the Willamette Meridian, Washington County, Oregon.
