PUBLIC NOTICE hereby is given that the period for redemption of real properties included in the 2014 delinquent tax lien foreclosure proceedings instituted by Jefferson County, Oregon on August 27, 2014, in the circuit court of the State of Oregon for Jefferson County, Case No: 14CV12075 and included in the Judgment entered therein on October 2, 2014 will expire on October 3, 2016.
All properties ordered sold under the Judgment, unless redeemed on or before October 3, 2016 will be deeded to Jefferson County, Oregon immediately on expiration of the period of redemption, and every right and interest of any person in such properties will be forfeited to Jefferson County, Oregon.
