Tualatin Valley Water District is seeking proposals from qualified firms with demonstrated experience in providing review of organizational staffing and effectiveness. Contact Wendy Burns, Contracts Coordinator via e-mail (wendy.burns@tvwd.org) to obtain an RFP package. All questions concerning this RFP should be directed to Wendy Burns via e-mail (wendy.burns@ tvwd.org).
Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 and shall be addressed to Wendy Burns, Contracts Coordinator, RFP No. TVWD-091816, Tualatin Valley Water District, 1850 SW 170th Ave., Beaverton, OR 97003. There will be no formal proposal opening. E-mailed, faxed or late proposals will not be accepted.
The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not in compliance with the requirements of the RFP, not in compliance with prescribed public contracting procedures or requirements, or any proposal or all proposals which it believes not to be in the best interest of the public. The District reserves the right to cancel this RFP at any time during the solicitation process if the District determines that it is in the best interest of the public to do so. The District reserves the right to waive any minor irregularity and to request clarification on proposals from proposers during evaluation.
Proposers must comply with the requirements of the RFP, all applicable Oregon statutes and the District’s Contract Review Board Rules
