NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF THE COFFEE CREEK URBAN RENEWAL PLAN
ORDINANCE NO. 796

The City Council of the City of Wilsonville has adopted Ordinance No. 796 on October 17, 2016 approving the Coffee Creek Urban Renewal Plan. The Plan has been adopted in conformance with the applicable legal requirements and shall be conclusively presumed valid for all purposes 90 days after the adoption of the ordinance. No direct or collateral attack on the action may thereafter be commended.
