RIDINGS TERRACE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP AND
RIDINGS TERRACE II OREG. LTD.
Notice is hereby given that a Certificate of Cancellation of the Ridings Terrace Limited Partnership, and the Ridings Terrace II Oregon. Ltd., were filed in the office of the Oregon Secretary of State on September 27, 2016, and that all known creditors of and claimants against the dissolved limited partnerships have presented their respective claims and demands in writing to the dissolved limited partnerships. Both of the dissolved limited partnerships have collected their assets, disposed of their assets, satisfied and discharged their liabilities and obligations and done all other acts required to liquidate and wind up their business and affairs. Final Federal and State Income Tax Returns are in the process of being filed. The assets collected and disposed of included the Ridings Terrace Apartments and the Ridings Terrace II Apartments, located at 511 & 517 Ridings Street (Respectively), Molalla, Oregon, 97038.
