REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: EDUCATIONAL FACILITY PLANNING AND COMMUNITY
OUTREACH SERVICES
THE DALLES, OR

The North Wasco County School District (NWCSD/District), The Dalles, Oregon is seeking proposals from qualified firms to assist the District in (A) reviewing and revising the District’s Facilities Plan; and (B) facilitating a communications and outreach campaign with district staff, students and patrons regarding the Facility Plan in preparation for a building bond campaign in the 2016-17 school year.
Proposals will be accepted until October 27, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. The selected firm may begin work on November 1, 2016. Work on the Facility Plan should be completed by December 1, 2016 and Community Outreach completed by February 1, 2017.
