REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: BUILDING
DEPARTMENT SERVICES RFP No. 2016-001
TROUTDALE AND WOOD VILLAGE, OR

The Cities of Troutdale and Wood Village invite qualified building department programs or businesses to submit proposals to provide a full range of building department services based upon the scope of work contained in this Request for Proposal. The intent is to select one entity to provide services to both communities, however, all contracting will be completed by each individual entity. The successful entity will be expected to negotiate separate personal services contracts with the two separate local governments.
Sealed Proposals, in writing, will be received by at the administrative offices of the City of Wood Village, 2055 NE 238th Drive, Wood Village, OR 97060, until Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at 3PM local time. Electronically transmitted proposals shall be provided directly to both Cities, with one to billp@ci.wood-village.or.us, and one to erich.mueller@troutdaleoregon.gov. Determination that deadlines have been met shall be established by the time of receipt of the written proposal. Late submittals shall not be considered.
