ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

Purpose: The City of Lafayette seeks to receive statements of qualifications from qualified firms or individuals for full architectural and engineering services to design, develop bid documents, and provide construction management services for a new Lafayette City Hall/Fire Station. The City will hire a construction contractor to build the project.
Submission Requirements: Proposals must be received at City Hall no later than Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. Proposals should be addressed to: Angela Speier, Assistant City Administrator, and can be hand-delivered to City Hall, 486 Third Street, or mailed to P.O. Box 55, Lafayette, OR 97127. One (1) original signed by a duly authorized representative and nine (9) copies of the proposal must be submitted.
