Said property is located at 2154 Oregon Street, Sp. #2, St. Helens, OR 97051. Said dwelling shall be sold by private bidding, with sealed bids, and “as is.” Bids shall be delivered to Crestwood Manufactured Home Community, 2154 Oregon Street, #3, St. Helens, OR 97051 at or before midnight (the end of the day) on the 18th day of October, 2016.
