IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF OREGON:
You are hereby directed to appear before the above entitled court, 222 North First, Hillsboro, Oregon on the 20th day of October, 2016, at 9:00 AM, in connection with the above entitled matter. A hearing will be held upon the petition to establish Juvenile Court jurisdiction. The petition was filed on September 24th, 2016 for Faith Nims and August 23rd, 2016 for Joseph Nims. This Summons is published pursuant to the order of Judge Michele Rini, Circuit Court Judge, dated September 28th, 2016. The order directs that the Summons be published once a week for three weeks, making three publications in all, in a newspaper having general circulation in Washington County, Oregon.
