NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing will be held before the Culver City Council beginning at 6:30 p.m. on November 21, 2016 at the Culver City Hall Council Chambers, 200 First Avenue; Culver, Oregon 97734, to take public testimony and consider the adoption of the following Ordinances and Resolutions:
• An Ordinance of the City of Culver Declaring a Ban on Medical Marijuana Processing Sites, Medical Marijuana Dispensaries, Recreational Marijuana Producers, Recreational Marijuana Processors, Recreational Marijuana Wholesalers, and/or Recreational Marijuana Retailers; Referring Ordinance; and Declaring an Emergency.
• A Resolution Approving Referral to the Electors of the City of Culver the Question of Banning Medical Marijuana Processing Sites, Medical Marijuana Dispensaries, Recreational Marijuana Producers, Recreational Marijuana Processors, Recreational Marijuana Wholesalers, and/or Recreational Marijuana Retailers within the City.
All interested persons are encouraged to attend.
Written or oral testimony will be received during the public meeting. Written testimony may be mailed to City of Culver, 200 First Avenue; Culver, Oregon 97734 to be received by 5:00 p.m. on November 21, 2016.
