PUBLIC NOTICE

Jefferson County, a Special Transportation Fund Agency announces the opportunity for eligible transportation providers to apply for Special Transportation Funds to maintain and/or improve passenger transportation for seniors and people with disabilities for the 2017-2019 Biennium. These funds are allocated to the Jefferson County Governing Body by the Oregon Department of Transportation.

Jefferson County invites any interested public or private transit operators within the service area to apply for the funds. Applications are due in the clerk’s office no later than 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 18, 2017.
