The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (“TriMet”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for providing multicultural outreach and engagement services as described in the RFP documents.
The RFP documents may be obtained by logging on to the TriMet Ebid website, www.ebidexchange.com/trimet/ and registering as a vendor. Vendor registration is recommended. By registering, you will be afforded an opportunity to select and download any TriMet ITB/RFP posted on our Ebid system as well as receive any related addenda. If solicitation addenda are issued, only registered bidders will be notified via email of the availability of addenda for download. Acknowledgement of addenda will be required.
A pre-proposal conference will be held on January 20, 2017, beginning at 9:00 AM (local time), in the Columbia Conference Room at TriMet’s Harrison Square office, 1800 SW 1st Ave., Suite 300, Portland, OR 97201. Visitors must first sign in with Reception on the 3rd floor before proceeding to the conference room on the 2nd Floor. Interested offerors are encouraged to attend this meeting.
TriMet will receive sealed proposals from interested firms at TriMet’s Administrative office, located at Harrison Square, 1800 SW First Ave., Portland, Oregon 97201, Attention: Zach Cooper, Contract Administrator, until 2:00 p.m., local time, on February 3, 2016. Proposals will not be publicly opened.
