The purpose of this Notice is to invite you to the Planning Commission and City Council Public Hearings to review and comment on a Zone Change. The applicant is requesting to change current zoning at 548 N Locust St from R-1, Low Density Residential Zone to R-2, High Density Residential Zone.
• The Planning Commission will meet at 7 pm Monday, January 9, 2017 in the City Council Chambers at 222 NE 2nd Ave.
• The City Council will meet at 7:30 pm, Wednesday, February 1, 2017 in the City Council Chambers at 222 NE 2nd Ave.
