The purpose of this Notice is to invite you to a Public Hearing at a Planning Commission meeting on Monday, January 23, 2017 at 7 pm in the City Council Chambers, 222 NE 2nd Ave, to review and comment on a Minor Land Partition & Lot Line Adjustment of 623 & 595 N Knott Street to adjust the size of two existing parcels then create two new parcels.
