Notice is hereby given that the Port of Vancouver will receive statements of qualifications by mail or at its administrative office located at 3103 NW
Lower River Road, Vancouver, WA 98660 up to the hour of: 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 8, 2017.

The Port of Vancouver is seeking responses to this proposal from consultants for the purpose of developing an on-call agreement to perform various On-Call Dredge Consultant Services on an as needed basis. The port requires these services to serve and maintain port terminal business operations. The consultant who is awarded the contract shall have demonstrated experience in the following types of work and activities for which dredging engineering and permitting services are utilized. These services will play an important role in enabling the port to achieve its strategic goals of maximizing marine business and industrial development.

All prospective consultants are advised that federally funded projects will be held to Federal EEO requirements. The successful consultant shall enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the Port that complies with all state and federal requirements and when applicable adheres to all federally mandated procedures and requirements when federal funds are used for a project.
