REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Notice is hereby given that Clackamas County, through its Clackamas County Fair Board, will receive sealed proposals per specifications until 2:00 PM March 6, 2017.
Horning Hall Repairs
for the Clackamas County Fair and Event Center
No proposals will be received or considered after that time.
Clackamas County Fair and Event Center is seeking proposals from Maintenance Contractors to repair damages to one of the buildings, Horning Hall.
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on Friday, February 17, 2017, 2:00 p.m., at the Clackamas County Fair and Event Center, 694 NE 4th, Canby, OR 97013.
Bid packets will be available at the Clackamas County Fair and Event Center, 604 NE 4th Avenue, Canby, OR 97013, phone 503-266-1136. Sealed proposals are being sent to the Clackamas County Fair Board— Buyer at the 4th Avenue address. Proposals will be opened in the Fair Office, located on 4th Avenue, at the designted time.
This is a public works contract subject to ORS 279C.800. to 279C.870 or the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 276a).
The Clackamas County Fair Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and/or to reject for good cause any and all proposals upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so and waive any and all informalities.
