PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application is being reviewed by the Yamhill County Department of Planning and Development: DOCKET CTS-07-21, a request by Henry Wilhoit and Kaitlyn Raykiewicz for conditional use approval for use of an existing decommissioned stick-built home as a temporary health hardship dwelling for the care of Gayle Wilhoit, by her grandson and his wife, Henry Wilhoit and Kaitlyn Raykiewicz during the term of her health hardship. The parcel is identified as Tax Lots 3303-302 and 3303-103 and is located at 17275 NE Kings Grade Rd, Newberg. This application is being reviewed based on criteria in Sections 402.04(A) and 1202.02 of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance.
