PUBLIC NOTICE – Special Meeting The Crook County Court will hold a public hearing on a petition to form the Flat Rock Road District on Wednesday, June 2, at 10:00 a.m. The hearing will be held at the Crook County Annex building at 320 NE Court Street, Prineville, OR 97754. All interested persons may appear and be heard. The proposed district’s purpose is to create a taxing district to improve and maintain roads within its boundaries of Sections 29 and 33 of Township 15 South, Range 17 East of the Willamette Meridian and Section 5 of Township 16 South, Range 17 East of the Willamette Meridian. Written comments may be sent to 300 NE 3rd Street, Attn: Flat Rock District Formation, Prineville, OR 97754. Additional items may be discussed that arise too late to be included as part of this notice. Assistance to handicapped individuals is provided with advance notice.
