NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PRINEVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION The Prineville City Planning Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing on the 21st day of September 2021 at 5:30 PM. Pursuant to public health recommendations regarding COVID-19, the City of Prineville Planning Commission will be holding this hearing by conference call. Proposal: The applicant is requesting approval to exceed the M1 zone height limit of 50 feet on a potential future building design located on the south western area of the property. The applicant is proposing a maximum height of 57 feet. The project site is shown on the back of this page.
