NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PRINEVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION The Prineville City Planning Commission will conduct a virtual public hearing on the 21st day of September 2021 at 5:30 PM. Pursuant to public health recommendations regarding COVID-19, the City of Prineville Planning Commission will be holding this hearing by conference call. Proposal: The applicant is requesting approval to exceed the M1 zone height limit of 50 feet on a potential future building design located on the south western area of the property. The applicant is proposing a maximum height of 57 feet. The project site is shown on the back of this page. The buildable area will be set back 2,000 feet from the rimrock and will not interfere with airport operations. Applicant/Owner: Vitesse LLC.
