The relief sought in Plaintiff’s Complaint is for a judgment for Declaratory Relief and Quiet Title, for the real property located at 2719 SE 50th Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97206, and described as LOT 3, BLOCK 3, LELAND PARK, IN THE CITY OF PORTLAND, COUNTY OF MULTNOMAH AND STATE OF OREGON, and including a 9-foot strip of property between the plat, and enclosed by Plaintiffs fence, not specifically referenced in the land sale documents, dated July 20, 2021. Plaintiffs pray for a judgment as follows: 1. Declaring Plaintiffs to be the owner in fee simple, of the 9-foot strip of property (hereafter The Property) and entitled to possession thereof, free of any estate, title, claim, lien or interest of Defendants or those claiming under Defendants and quieting title in The Property in Plaintiffs, said property described above; 2. Enjoining Defendants and any claiming under Defendants from asserting any estate, title, claim, lien, or interest in The Property or any portion thereof; 3.
