SUMMARY STATEMENT OF THE OBJECT OF THE COMPLAINT: The object of this Complaint is to quiet title unto Don & Peggy Boyle for real property more particularly described in Exhibit AA@, which is a part of this Summons. The subject properties were purchased by Plaintiffs however, the deeds transferring ownership were not recorded or acknowledged by the County Clerk and/or Title Company. As the Sellers to the aforementioned transactions are deceased the object of this Complaint is to quiet title as to any unknown heirs and devisees of Jacob J. Kollen and Fredrika Kollen, and vest title of said real property in Don & Peggy Boyle. DEMAND FOR RELIEF (a) Requiring Defendants to set forth their claims, if any, as to the real property described in paragraph 1 herein; (b) Determining all adverse claims, if any, of Defendants, and all persons claiming under Defendants; (c) Declaring Plaintiff to be the owner in fee simple of the real property described above and entitled to possession thereof, free of any estate, title, claim, lien or interest of Defendants or those claiming under Defendants and quieting title to the premises in Plaintiff; (d) Enjoining Defendants and those claiming under Defendants from asserting any estate, title, claim, lien or interest in the premises or any portion thereof; (e) Awarding Plaintiff his costs and disbursements incurred herein; and (f) Granting such other relief as may be equitable.
