PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application has been approved by the Yamhill County Department of Planning and Development: NCU-01-22 a request by Brianne Day for nonconforming use approval to alter the operation of an existing approved winery and tasting room. The alterations include the distilling of spirits and the parking of one (1) mobile restaurant (i.e. food truck) in conjunction with winery use occurring onsite. The parcel is identified as Tax Lot 3335-2500 and is located at 21080 Highway 99W, Dundee. This application was reviewed based on criteria in Sections 502 and 1205.03(B) of the Yamhill County Zoning Ordinance. Interested persons may appeal this decision by 5 p.m., July 21, 2022. An appeal may be filed at the Yamhill County Planning Department at 525 NE Fourth Street, McMinnville. An appeal must state the basis for the appeal and must be accompanied by a $250.00 fee.
