NOTICE OF CIVIL FORFEITURE NOTICE TO ALL POTENTIAL CLAIMANTS AND TO ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY You must claim an interest in the seized property described below or you will automatically lose any interest you may have. To claim you must file with the Forfeiture counsel listed below, a legal paper called a claim. The claim shall be signed by the claimant under penalty of perjury and shall set forth all of the following. The claim must include a) your true name, b) the address at which you will accept future mailings from the court for forfeiture counsel, and c), a statement that you have an interest in the seized property. The deadline for filing is 21 days from the date of the last publication of this notice.
