NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT

NOTICE OF SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT CULVER SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 4 Pursuant to ORS 279B.075, Culver School District No. 4 intends to award a sole source contract without competitive procurement. The contract is for consulting services and executive coaching that are designed to provide a series of engaging team and leaderships development and effectiveness sessions designed to bring about greater team alignment and clarity and to help all team members understand and embrace their individual working genius and contribution to improve their personal quality of life, teamwork, and results in all areas of their life. Through assessments derived by the Table Group, Bill Hvidt dba The Hvidt Group is the sole provider of these integrated services. The sole source procurement is justified under ORS 279B.075(2)(d) because findings support the conclusion that these integrated services are available from only one source. Anyone desiring to protest award of this sole source contract must file a written protest no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 using one of these methods: — Email to jrake@culver.k12.or.us — Please clearly label the subject line as Award Protest — Mail to: Culver School District Board PO Box 259 Culver, OR 97734 A protest may only be filed by an Affected Person as defined by OAR 137-047-0100 and must comply with the requirements for a valid protest contained in OAR 137-047-0710. The School Board, acting as the Local Contract Review Board, will consider approval of this action on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at 1:00 pm during a scheduled meeting of the Culver School District #4 School Board.
