The purpose of the auction is to sell the following property: Vessel Name: Un-named Registration No./Official No.: OR 526DA Vessel Description: 1968 Islander Yachts 24 ft Sailboat Last Known Owner : Shawn Brockway Last Known Address : 7101 N Buchanan, Portland, OR 97203 Amount Due to Columbia Way West Marina as of the Date of Sale: $3,930.00 Persons wishing to inspect the vessel may do so by appointment only, by contacting Terry Glenn at 503-839-4459, Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sale will be to the highest bidder in AS IS condition, without any warranty against liens or encumbrances and without warranty of fitness or seaworthiness or title. Terms of payment are cash, cashier’s check or money order. If payment is made by cashier’s check or money, the successful bidder will be required to submit a 5% cash deposit to secure payment of the bid amount, and must then deliver the cashier’s check or money order to the marina office within twenty four (24) hours of conclusion of the auction, otherwise deposit to be forfeited.
