WASHINGTON COUNTY COVID-19 AFTER-ACTION REVIEW AND IMPROVEMENT PLAN Proposals due: October 27, 2022 @ 3:00 pm REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (NO. 2022.223-RFP) Washington County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide a COVID-19 After-Action Review and Improvement Plan. Contractor will conduct and document a comprehensive after-action review (AAR) of Washington County’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic and to make recommendations for improving its response to future incidents. Proposals must be received by 3:00 pm Thursday, October 27, 2022. The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding by the County it is in the public interest to do so.
