PUBLIC NOTICE OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT Crook County, Oregon intends to award a contract through an Oregon Cooperative Procurement to Albina Holdings, Inc., an Oregon corporation. The proposed procurement is for 930 tons of HFRS-P2 Emulsified Asphalt, to be delivered to a project location within Crook County. The estimated amount of the procurement is $644,265.00. The administering contract agency is the Deschutes County, Oregon, Contract No. 2023-107.
