HEARING NOTICE The Newberg Planning Commission will hold public hearings on May 11, 2023, at 7 p.m. at the Newberg Public Safety Building, 401 E Third Street, Newberg, OR and via teleconference using Zoom to evaluate the following new proposals: 1. Conditional Use Permit (Quasi-Judicial): Consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a vacation rental at 3704 E Coffey Lane Applicant: Sarah Smith and Kevin Long File: CUP23-0003 2. Conditional Use Permit (Quasi-Judicial): Consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a vacation rental at 114 E Third Street Applicant: Paige M. Witte File: CUP23-0004 3. Major Modification (Quasi-Judicial): Consider a request to for a major modification to Phase 2 of the Crestview Crossing PUD (PUD18-0001) and CUP (CUP18-0004) to provide 196 multi-family apartment units in place of the previously approved 110 small-lot single-family detached homes.
