This case relates to Medical Negligence and Loss of Consortium claims arising from the misdiagnosis and repeated, failed surgeries performed upon Plaintiff Jeffrey Holloway, by Defendant Francisco X Soldevilla, MD, on March 3, 2015, February 11, 2020, March 10, 2022 and March 17, 2022. You are hereby required to appear and defend against the Complaint filed against you in the above-entitled action within thirty (30) days from the date this Summons was first published in the Gresham Outlook, and in case of your failure to do so, for want thereof, plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the Complaint. Your deadline to appear and defend against the Complaint filed against you is July 24, 2023. SUMMARY STATEMENT FOR RELIEF SOUGHT: Plaintiffs seek judgment against Defendants, as follows: 1. Non-economic damages in the amount of $4,000,000; 2. Medical expenses in a sum not to exceed $250,000; 3. Future medical expenses in a sum not to exceed $750,000; 4. Loss of household service in a sum not to exceed $1,000,000; 5. Loss of consortium in the amount of $500,000; 6. Lost wages in the amount of $500,000 for Plaintiff Danelle Holloway; 7. Costs and fees incurred herein; and 8. Any and all other such relief as the court deems just and equitable.
