Summary: The purpose of this RFP is to receive proposals from qualified firms for evaluation and award of a Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) Contract to construct a Category IV seismic-ready, fully self-contained transportation facility, including water, septic, and power with solar, generator, and battery backup. The project includes mass grading and compaction, retaining walls, a 12,000 SF single story office building; a 40,000 SF heated pre-engineered metal building a 15,000 SF non-heated pre-engineered metal storage building; and a 10,000 SF non-heated pre-engineered metal building. Guaranteed Maximum Price Range: $40-45 Million.
