IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF MULTNOMAH NOTICE TO CLAIMANTS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jennifer Lynn Slansky, the Settlor of the Jennifer Slansky Revocable Trust under agreement dated October 6, 2017 as amended and restated on May 4, 2021, and amended and restated on July 21, 2021 (the Trust), is deceased. Robert F. Sommers and Karen W. Sommers are the Co-Trustees of the Trust. All persons having claims against the Trust estate are required to present them, with vouchers attached, to the undersigned attorney for the Co-Trustees at 520 SW Yamhill St., Suite 1000, Portland, OR 97204, within four months (4) after the date of first publication of this notice, or the claims may be barred.
